OPEN CIRCLE – Our most surrendered circling experience. The facilitator doesn’t lead as much as feel into the group and follow the circle wisdom that is organically arising. Everyone is invited to engage with each other in a quest of curiosity, understanding and connection.
FUNDAMENTALS – Created for newbies, but still fun for everyone, fundamentals sessions focus on understanding our 7 Circling Space Principles through dynamic exercises. Expect to do dyad break outs (for a more intimate, engaged experience) and feel free to bring your questions.
REFLECTION CIRCLE – An hour of focusing on one individual (or at most two) and being curious about what it’s like to be them in each moment. The generosity of this practice is a huge gift to both the givers and the receivers. Try it and see!
BODY EXPRESSION (IN DEVELOPMENT) – This is not simply a movement session, but an exploration of how our bodies desire to communicate individually and collectively. Prepare to experience more awareness and acceptance of your body and to get a little workout too.
